Adventure Training is an essential part of the Cadet syllabus. It provides our cadets with skills, experiences and memories that they will take with them throughout their lives. It encourages a love of the outdoors, a respect for the countryside and helps to forge friendships and develop leaders.

As an Air Cadet there are literally hundreds of different adventurous activities in which you could take part and the list is always being added too. The A.T.C. is also the UK's biggest provider of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme.

At 2286 we provide adventure training camps and activities throughout the year and encourage all of our cadets to take part in the D of E award.
